Use of the Service

The Flip Ledger Landscaping is a business management application for landscaping and lawn-care companies. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

The Flip Ledger Landscaping offers paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro). All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your account will be charged based on your selected plan. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before being charged. After the trial period, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at theflipledgerlandscaping@gmail.com and we will review your case.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export your data at any time using the CSV export feature. Upon account cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You are responsible for handling any personal information of your employees, contractors, and customers (including Social Security Numbers, tax IDs, and other sensitive data you choose to store) in accordance with applicable laws.

Third-Party AI and Integrations

Some features rely on third-party services you connect using your own accounts and API keys (such as Anthropic for AI features and Retell for the AI receptionist). You are responsible for your own usage and charges with those providers, and your use of them is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or costs of third-party services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account.
• Upload malicious code, harmful content, or viruses.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.

Disclaimers

The Flip Ledger Landscaping is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Financial, estimating, tax, 1099/payroll, AI-generated, and measurement features are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or professional advice. AI-generated estimates and measurements are approximate and should be verified. Always consult a qualified professional for financial, tax, and payroll decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Flip Ledger LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity. You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service will immediately cease, and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
