Account information: name, email address, and password when you register.
Business information: company name, address, EIN, customer and property details, jobs, estimates, and invoices you enter.
Team & contractor information: for employees and contractors you add, this may include names, contact details, pay rates, and — where you choose to enter it — sensitive tax information such as Social Security Numbers or EINs, W-4/W-9 details, and uploaded documents (W-9, I-9, licenses, insurance certificates).
Financial data: expenses, payments, invoice amounts, and budget information you input.
Photos and files: images, receipts, and documents you upload.
Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe.
Third-party API keys: if you connect your own Anthropic or Retell keys, these are stored encrypted and used only to make requests on your behalf.

Automatically collected information

Device information, usage data, and log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and crash reports.

How We Use Your Information

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
Process subscription payments and send confirmations and receipts.
Send administrative messages, updates, and security alerts.
Respond to your questions and support requests.
Analyze usage to improve the product.
Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized activity.
Comply with legal obligations.

Sensitive Data

You may choose to store sensitive information such as employee Social Security Numbers, tax IDs, and W-9/W-4 documents to help you manage 1099 and payroll obligations. This information is encrypted and access-restricted to your own account. You are responsible for handling your workers' and customers' personal information in accordance with applicable laws. We never expose this data on public pages (such as the customer portal) and never share it with other accounts.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with industry-standard security including encryption in transit and at rest. Sensitive fields and API keys are additionally encrypted and access-restricted. No method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

AI Processing

AI features (such as AI estimates, receipt scanning, the business advisor, and the assistant) use your own connected Anthropic API key. When you use these features, relevant operational data is sent to Anthropic to generate the result. We never send Social Security Numbers, tax IDs, API keys, or full customer contact details. You pay your AI provider directly.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information only in the following situations:

With service providers who help us operate the Service, including Supabase, Stripe, and — for AI features you enable — Anthropic or Retell under your own keys.
If required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our legal rights.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our business.
With your consent or at your direction.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Many actions can be taken directly in the app, including editing records and exporting data to CSV. To request account deletion or for other privacy requests, contact us.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.

Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links or integrations to third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not cover those services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you use.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
